Phil Jones

Phil is psyched to lead the team again this year. He's a positive deviant who guides cross-functional teams to collaboratively deliver impact using design, agile, and analysis practices.

He likes spending time in arts, music, and performance venues, and exploring off the beaten path.

Gabriel Arteaga

 

Gabe is committed to designing ecosystems of change and training future makers. He is the Co-Founder of Create&, an innovation strategy firm that uses augmented and immersive experiences to empower people to solve difficult problems using Design Sprints. He enjoys creating spaces for individuals to learn, explore and create. Running is my Jam, what about you?

Molly Reddy

 

Molly is a design strategist & researcher with more than 8 years of experience in innovation and design of new programs, services, and experiences. She is a graduate of the MA in Social Design program from Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) and her current work focuses on affordable housing. You should also talk to her about civic innovation, youth and workforce development, square dancing, Peace Corps, and Paraguay.

Sarah Bixby

 

Sarah is a graphic designer at the National Association of Clean Water Agencies, where she uses her love of infographics and print design to promote clean water issues in Washington, DC. When she isn’t designing, you can find her doing yoga, petting dogs throughout the city, or planning her future farm.

Lauren Peterson

Lauren is a product manager at Nava PBC, building software that helps the government serve people. She also co-organizes Healthcare Experience Design | DC, a Meetup group that celebrates service design in health care. She loves live music, ice cream, and the golden hour ✨.
